This research analyzed the responses of the disaster victims who had participated in Group Integrative Arts Therapy Program and examined the changes which took place in their psychological state. Group Integrative Arts Therapy was a 30-hour program and out of its participants, nine people completed the detailed questionnaires titled ¡®What have you experienced through Group Integrative Arts Therapy?¡¯ From their responses, 54 main statements were elicited. These main statements were analyzed using the methods of multidimensional scaling and cluster analysis, and then the final concept map was made based on the analyses. The number of dimensions consisted of inner exploration, reconstruction, shift of mind-set, second dimension of negative and positive experience. The cluster fell into four categories; (1) experience of inner exploration, expressive feelings and reconstruction, (2) experience of psychological stability, (3) experience of broadening or shift of mind-set, and (4) experience of negative lingering images. Based on the psychological experiences of the disaster victims after undergoing Group Integrative Arts Therapy Program, this study examined what their primary needs would be in their psychological crisis, what measures to take for their recovery. This study attempted to find appropriate basic data useful in further disaster psychological support.
